Shipping
Are items ready to ship?
No — all products are made to order and ship directly from the manufacturer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time is typically 3–7 business days, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way.
Where do items ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our print partner and shipped from the closest available production facility to your address.
How is shipping calculated at checkout?
All shipping is Standard (5–10 business days after production) and is a flat rate based on your total cart amount:
- Orders $0.01–$9.99: $3.99 shipping
- Orders $10.00–$24.99: $5.99 shipping
- Orders $25.00–$29.99: $6.99 shipping
- Orders $29.99–$59.99: $9.99 shipping
- Orders $60.00–$89.99: $15.99 shipping
- Orders $90.00–$149.99: $18.99 shipping
- Orders $150.00–$249.99: $21.99 shipping
- Orders $250.00 and up: $34.99 shipping

Who handles the printing and shipping?
We use a print-on-demand vendor (Printify) to produce and ship all items directly to you. This allows each product to be made to order — but it also means we have no control over shipping rates, delivery speed, or packaging. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to help resolve it through the print provider.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Product Info
Who designed the merch?
All designs were personally created just for this event. While they weren’t made by a large merch company or mass-produced — and may not have the look of mainstream tour merchandise — they were created with care and love. The goal was to offer something meaningful to celebrate the band and the reunion.
Will the photo prints look sharp and clear?
Some of the T-shirt designs feature vintage photos from 30–40 years ago. While we've done our best to enhance them, the original quality just doesn’t match today’s high-resolution standards. That means the images may look grainy or a bit blurry when printed on fabric. We chose them because they capture the spirit and memories of those days — and we hope you’ll appreciate them for what they represent.
Are these shirts unisex?
Yes – unless otherwise noted, our shirts are unisex. Fit may vary slightly depending on the brand or style, so please check the sizing info provided on each listing.
Will the product look exactly like the mockup?
Mockups are helpful previews, but due to how different fabrics and printing methods work, slight variations in color, placement, or print clarity can happen — especially with tie-dye or textured garments.
Do the tie-dye items all look the same?
Each tie-dye piece is unique! Colors and patterns may vary slightly — that’s part of what makes them special.
What brands are used?
We work with popular brands like Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Rabbit Skins, and more — depending on the product. Each listing includes the brand and product type.
Are the designs printed or embroidered?
Most items are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which gives a vibrant and detailed look. Some hats and specialty items are embroidered, as noted in their descriptions. Embroidered products may take a little longer to produce.
The item I want is out of stock — will it be available again?
Our products are printed and shipped through Printify, which works with multiple independent print providers. Because of that, availability can vary based on each provider’s stock. If something you’re looking for is unavailable, we recommend checking back soon or trying a different color, size, or style. We know that’s not ideal, but we really appreciate your patience and hope you find something you love!
Can I choose my print provider?
No — our system automatically routes your order to the best available provider based on your location and stock levels, which helps keep shipping times efficient.
Why do some items cost more in larger sizes?
Some sizes (typically 2XL and up) have a slightly higher base cost from the manufacturer, which is reflected in the product pricing.
How should I care for my apparel?
For apparel, we recommend washing inside out on a gentle or delicate cycle using cold water and mild detergent. Hang dry is strongly recommended. If needed, tumble dry on low heat for a short time only. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
Shirts with printed photos or full graphics may be more sensitive to heat and friction, which can cause cracking in the design. Following the care instructions will help keep prints looking their best.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print providers, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless something is wrong with your order.
If your item arrives damaged or has a production error, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the provider to fix it. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued in cases where there's a verified production issue or damage. If it's within 30 days of your order and your order qualifies, we’ll coordinate with the print provider to resolve it. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.
Reunion Info
When is the reunion?
The Willie & The Poor Boys Reunion is on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at The Sherman Theater. Doors open at 7 PM / Show starts at 8 PM.
Where can I get tickets to the reunion?
Tickets are available through The Sherman Theater website.
