Are items ready to ship?
No - all products are made to order and ship directly from the manufacturer.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time is typically 3–7 business days, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Who handles the printing and shipping?
We use a print-on-demand vendor to produce and ship all items directly to you. This allows each product to be made to order, but it also means we have no control over fulfillment, shipping speed, the production process, or packaging. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to help resolve it through the print provider.

How is shipping calculated?
To help simplify shipping costs, we use a flat rate shipping system based on your order total rather than calculating shipping separately for each product purchased.

Where do items ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our print partner and shipped from the closest available production facility to your address.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print providers, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless something is wrong with your order. If your item arrives damaged or has a production error, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the provider to fix it. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy below.

Do the tie-dye items all look the same?
Each tie-dye item is unique, so colors and patterns may vary slightly from piece to piece, which is part of what makes them special. Small ink spots, shading differences, or pattern variations may also appear as part of the production process.

How should I wash and care for my merchandise?
To help preserve the print and minimize fading or cracking over time, please follow the care instructions provided with your item. We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat when drying. Air drying or tumble drying on low heat will help extend the life of the print.

Return & Refund Policy

All items in this store are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print providers through Printify. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or an incorrect design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and a short description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed by the print provider, a replacement or refund will be offered based on their policy.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or incorrectly ordered products, so please review all size guides and product selections carefully before placing your order.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Production timelines and shipping speeds may vary depending on the print provider and are not under our direct control
  • Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products purchased
  • Due to the printing and production process, slight fading, distressing, small ink spots, cracking, shading differences, or pattern variations may occur and are not typically considered production defects.

REUNION DETAILS

When is the reunion?
The Willie & The Poor Boys Reunion is on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at The Sherman Theater.

Doors open at 6 PM / Show starts at 8 PM.

Where can I get tickets to the reunion?
Tickets are available through The Sherman Theater’s website.

Is the Sherman Theater cash only?
Yes. The Sherman Theater is currently a cash-only venue. There is an ATM available onsite for your convenience.

Can I leave the venue and come back in?
No. The Sherman Theater does not allow re-entry under any circumstances.

Is this an all-ages event?
Yes. All ages are welcome to attend. However, guests must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
